Happy Group derives from a family company running the business in jelly industry namely CV Riyana Cipta Pangan. It was founded in Cirebon, West Java by Mr. Berry Simon and his family. Initially it only produced cup jelly with brand HAPPY JELLY.

To ensure HAPPY JELLY products throughout Indonesia, Happy Group distribution network is continuously strengthened by the establishment of CV Hocky Jaya concentrating in distribution. In line with the progress it achieves, this company starts to make innovation by diversifying the product and using the new machine with modern technology. In 2000 CV Lucky Karya Pratama was established focusing on chocolate-based snack products namely chocolate paste, chocolate cup, chocolate biscuit, chocolate wafer, etc with brand: HAPPY TIME.
